All three accommodations are located in the heart of Gipuzkoa in the Basque Country, in the small village of Larraul. Harrizko Etxea is at the entrance to the village, while the Agerre Berri Country House and the Agerre Berri “Borda” are 1.5 km above the centre of the village, located at the foot of the emblematic Hernio mountain.
An ideal place to enjoy the peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The area is well known for its various hiking trails, including the climb up to Mount Hernio, which takes about an hour and a half to reach. In the surrounding area there are numerous villages to visit, as well as cities where you can enjoy their cultural and gastronomic offer.
Getting there and away
Larraul is well connected by road with the surrounding villages. It can be reached quickly from Donostia/San Sebastián (25 km) and from Tolosa (15 km).
To get to Larraul follow the signs from the N-I towards Villabona, then Asteasu, and just before Asteasu the road turns left to go up to Larraul (direction signposted).
Just past the “Larraul” sign, Harrizko Etxea is on the first street on the right. To get to the Agerre Berri Country House and the “borda”, follow the same road, which passes through the village and then takes you up to the rural house.

By train
The nearest train station is in Villabona-Zizurkil, 7 km from the accommodation. It is an ideal option for travelling to the surrounding towns and cities, such as Tolosa and Donostia-San Sebastián. Check the timetable here.

The bus connects Larraul comfortably with the villages in the area (Asteasu, Zizurkil, Villabona and Aduna). It is a practical option for getting to the Villabona-Zizurkil train station. Check the timetables here.
